The Ketchum Integration maintenance package is a great value. Our competent and reliable technical team is dedicated to keeping your phone system running smoothly. That reliability provides great comfort. After all, your phone system is the primary link between you and your customers, and its importance to your business can't be underestimated. Ketchum Integration provides a 2-hour response time for all emergency issues and a 4-hour response time for all non-emergency issues. Our coverage extends 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for system-wide failures or outages. Our commitment reaches far beyond delivering new technology. We're committed to freeing our customers from traditional products and the traditional support that comes with them. Terms of CoverageThe parts and labor to repair or replace phone equipment hardware and software is provided for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover products or services not provided by Ketchum Integration, including phone lines and associated telecommunications equipment. A software maintenance subscription is also included, which provides for all revisions of the software, excluding installation.The Maintenance plansPlatinum:The premier coverage. This plan gives you 7x24 support with 2 hour onsite response time if necessary. All additions, moves and changes are a phone call away with onsite presence with prior scheduling.
