Shoretel 6.x Training:

With its latest release, Shoretel Communications Systems has dramatically improved its product once again. With this new release comes the same award wining client interface, the Personal Call Manager. In addition, the 6.x version introduces new IP phones. All the same great features are now available directly on the phone for all users who are accustomed to any key system format. For maximum convenience and effectiveness, training can now be arranged on site.

Advanced Classes:

So, your employees have mastered making and receiving calls. Is everyone able to leverage the advanced features available with the system? Calling from Outlook, screen pops, web chats, off-site voice mail from e-mail web access, call pick-up, call history, and follow me find me functions are just some of the complex functions that can only be briefly introduced in general user training, but are available now in the advanced user course. Courses are available for Praxon, 3Com, Shoreline, and Interactive Intelligence products. For maximum convenience and effectiveness, training can now be arranged on site.
